On Saturday 15th August 2020 I bought a Stanley Rogers Cambridge 30pc Cutlery Set for $59.95 for when I move into my own unit in September 2020 so I could use it for myself or when my family and friends come over. The staff were very helpful and the service was amazing because they refunded me due to the postage being delayed, which was extremely nice of them to do that for me. Also on Thursday 20th August 2020 I bought a Stanley Rogers 8-Piece Albany Steak Knife Set - Stainless Steel for when I move into my own unit in September 2020 so I could use it for myself or when my family and friends come over for steak since the knives just cut the steak to perfection. The staff were very helpful and the service was amazing because they refunded me due to the postage being delayed, which was extremely nice of them to do that for me.
We bought a pair of bikes through Catch, (Monvelo) the provider was Sello. We were not happy as when we received them we found that the quality was really poor. The bikes were very hard to ride, they seemed stuck, and the gear wouldn't shift easy, causing the chain to come off. We submitted the complaint which was sent to Sello, they replied stating that 'this was our feeling' as other customers were happy with the product. We were so frustrated and raised this with Catch. They mediated with Sello and we finally got our money back. The customer representative from Catch (Ayla) was very kind and did a great job negotiating with them. Thanks Catch for listening to us!

I am happy with Catch, have bought from them a few times and the delivery is always really quick and I have been happy with the quality and prices of the products I have purchased. Would recomment.

I was missing part of my order. I got a phone call shortly after I sent an email enquiry and the customer service I have received has been fantastic. I now have the missed part of my order. I have been a customer for many years and first time I have had to use the customer service facility and now know how efficient they are
The service I have received from Catch.com has been amazing. The communication, delivery, quality has all been fantastic.
They canceled my order as they apparently made a mistake with pricing the product. I think they are just trying to keep people on their website so it can perform better but have fake prices. I made 3 different orders and they canceled all of them, note that they were different product not 3 orders of the same product.
After a dilemma regarding returns with the original customer service agent and a condesending returns representative 6 weeks ago I was finally speaking to a customer service representative who listened to me and consequently was diligent in her approach to my enquiry. The issue was resolved in a few hours with a different returns representative who also had a completely different manner instead of leaving me up in the air feeling let down for days on end.Thankyou for a job well done.

The person I dealt with when I needed customer service was exceptional. Not only did he show care, empathy and humour, he actually followed through on what he promised.
This is rare now a days. Thank you to this person, I hope he is promoted to management as he would be a great example to others.
Bought a phone from these scammers on Catch.com.au. It was offered by their marketplace seller Becextech(Antother thief and catch partner in crime)
The price was really good. Order placed on 17/1/2021. Now after a month they claim they delivered the phone to some one but not me. I told them from day 1 I haven't received the delivery and never heard of person they claim to have signed for. Now they have washed there hands off by saying they delivered and done their job. They took $1100 from me actually they stole it.
They send me an email On 05/2/2021 with a tracking and apologising for delay. But when I tracked the order it was already delivered on 3/2/2021, that's 2 days before I was sent an email with tracking.
After my concerns raised I finally got an email on 8/2/2021 that they need 3 days to verify. And today 17/2/2021 they send me an email that they have proof from courier company that the parcel was delivered and they can't help me any more.
They have failed to answer why I was sent an email with tracking on 5/2/2021 stating the parcel is despatch on that day, when parcel was delivered on 3/2/2021.
They failed to explain me why my signature were not obtained.
They failed to explain when I told them the person who signed for the parcel doesn't exist here.
It's just an elaborate scam they are running, passing the ball on marketplace seller back and forth until customer gives up and take u for a ride.
Now after a month I lost $1100, I don't have the phone and catch have done there part - SUPPOSEDLY.
They respond to your enquiries days later even its extremely urgent. And in case you try to contact them directly guess what THEY DONT HAVE A PHONE MUMBER. And they won't entertain ur questions directly anyway, they ll just say message us on catch portal and that they reply when they feel like, days or weeks later.
In this whole saga catch is helping that as well, so it's a scan run by both catch and Becextech.
My advise to all potential customers it's better to pay bit more and buy from a reputable store. Just bcos you are trying to save some money don't end up losing all of it to these thieves. End of the day they ll take their money and take you for a ride.
I am already in a process of making complaint to all relevant authorities and I will make sure they are held for stealing my money.
Please be very careful when buying from Catch cos if something goes wrong you have no help from them so just wish that if u buy from catch for a good price everything goes well. I have copies of all the messages and emails especially the email they send me on 5/2/2021 with tracking when they already stole my phone on 3/2/2021 which I am forwarding to relevant authorities.
STAY AWAY FROM CATCH AND BECEXTECH
I ll soon update this review with the screenshot of the delivery and there email with tracking that's 2 days after the theft, so everybody can see with their eyes how they steal our hard earned money

I bought a printer off catch.com.au and later found it was third party seller on catch site.
Although catch was helpful but 3rd party is absolute no no. Be careful by buying. I'll give catch support 6/10.
